Delete your Sales Voice Coach account

Delete from inside the app

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm with your password.

Deleted the app already?

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We action it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and password
• Every call recording transcript, coaching report and score
• Your voiceprint and any documents you uploaded
• Your practice history and leaderboard entries

What we keep, and why

Anonymous billing records (amount, date, plan) are kept for seven years because South African tax law requires it. They are detached from your identity and cannot be linked back to you.

Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.
