Pay monthly, use it to get better on the phone, cancel whenever you like and keep what you paid for until the month runs out. The AI is a coach, not an oracle.
One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must confirm your email address before you can use anything that costs us money.
New accounts get 7 days, capped at a set number of practice calls and live minutes. One trial per person. When it ends you pick a plan or the app stops making calls — your history and past reports stay readable either way.
Every plan includes every feature. They differ only in how many practice calls and live coaching minutes you get each month. Current prices and allowances are shown in the app before you pay, and always in South African rand including VAT where it applies.
Allowances reset on your billing date. They do not roll over — an unused call in June is not an extra call in July.
There are also daily and weekly ceilings that exist to stop runaway or automated usage. A normal person will never see one.
Card payments are collected by Stitch. In the Android app, purchases go through Google Play. We never see or store your card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a payment fails, you keep working for a short grace period while we retry, then access pauses until it clears.
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months.
South African law (ECTA s44) gives you 7 days to cancel an electronic transaction, except where the service has already been supplied. If you have not made a call on a plan you just bought, email us and we will refund it.
Purchases made through Google Play are refunded under Google's policy.
Don't resell access, share a login across a team, script the app, or use it to generate abusive content. We can suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
The buyer is a simulation. The coaching is generated. Both can be wrong, and neither is professional advice. Scores are a training signal, not a performance review. Use judgement.
The live copilot records the call you are on. You are responsible for complying with the law where you and the other party are, which in South Africa generally means you may record a conversation you are part of, but must handle the other person's information lawfully. Tell them. It's also just better manners.
We aim to keep it up but do not promise a specific uptime. The AI providers we depend on occasionally have bad days. If an outage costs you a meaningful chunk of a month, email us and we will credit it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit.
If we change these terms or your price, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the app after that is acceptance; cancelling before it takes effect is always an option.
