This tells you exactly what Sales Voice Coach collects, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it. Orbit Automation (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party under POPIA.

Practice calls. Each recorded clip is transcribed and then deleted. We keep the text, not the audio.
Live calls. Audio is streamed for transcription and held in memory only for as long as the call lasts. It is never written to disk and never stored. What survives is the transcript and the coaching notes.
Your voiceprint is a 512-number vector. It cannot be turned back into speech. Delete it any time from the app.
We use two providers, both of which act only on our instructions:
Neither is permitted to use your content to train their models. This involves transferring personal information outside South Africa; POPIA s72 permits that where the recipient is bound by comparable protections, which is contractually the case here.
We do not sell your data. We do not advertise. Nobody buys placement in your coaching.
When you use the live copilot, the person you are speaking to is recorded too. South African law (RICA s4) lets you record a conversation you are part of. POPIA still applies to their information, and complying with it is your responsibility as the person making the call. The app reminds you to tell them. Their audio is never stored; only the transcript of the call is, and it belongs to your account.
The buyer's replies, the coaching, the live cards and the synthesised voice are all AI-generated. They can be wrong. Nothing the app says is professional, legal or financial advice. If the AI produces something offensive, tell us at [email protected].
Under POPIA you may ask what we hold, correct it, object to how it is used, or delete it. The app shows you all of it. Deletion is at https://coach.orbitsa.co.za/delete-account or from Settings inside the app, and it is immediate and permanent.

Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes and are not recoverable, by us or by anyone. Traffic is TLS-encrypted. Data is hosted in AWS Africa (Cape Town).
